The book documents the time of Hildegard Christina Risse after her studies with Professor Markus Lüpertz. It deals with abstract expressionism in large scale painting on canvas. The works were created in the studios of Brooklyn, NYC, USA as well as in Düsseldorf, Germany.

At the turn of the year 2022/2023, a prestigious art exhibition wtih Hildegard Christina Risse was held on Königsallee in Düsseldorf. At KÖ 106, surrounded by luxury shops and elegant cars, Risse’s works were showcased. The centerpiece was a selected piece transformed into a photography by Robert Freund, appearing so natural that it’s artificial creation is undetectable.
The glamorous art exhibition on the beautiful Königsallee attracted not only curious visitors but also actors, art critics, and businesspeople from the Düsseldorf area, marking a significant cultural highlight on the bustling shopping boulevard of Düsseldorf’s capital city.
